Just in time before the EURO 2008 starts, we got Vienna in 3D from Microsoft Virtual Earth:

No, unfortunately Mac OS X is not supported. Virtual Earth is one of the 2 remaining reasons to boot Windows.

Its a shame these models are not done by hand for the important landmarks like in Google Earth.
